Euro Sales is one of Dublin’s premier Electrical Wholesalers. We began using the BMS Accounting Systems Solo package on a single user machine 20 years ago. Since then we have expanded to 3 locations across Dublin city, with over 25 staff.

We found the BMS Accounts Package to be easy to use but also dynamic and flexible enough to meet all our needs as the company expanded. The BMS team have continued to advise and help implement solutions to meet all our companies IT requirements.

Our three locations presently run a ‘live’ system, sharing the same up to date information. If one branch sells an item, the other branches see the reduction in stock instantly. We can also quickly email copy invoices and statements, saving us time and money posting them. The information coming out of the system has been tailored to exactly what we need, from profitability at various levels, to stock re-ordering information.

"Burke Brothers has been using BMS Accounting Systems since we computerised our accounting system 15 years ago. Six years ago we underwent a complete upgrade of our accounting system with BMS playing a major roll. Each of our sales representatives can now scan an order using a wireless hand held unit which then automatically prints in the warehouse for collection. The system is so quick that often the goods are ready for collection before the customer gets to the collection point. Because the data from BMS Accounts is stored in an SQL database, we have been able to design many reports which suit our business needs, without having reference to BMS. Most recently we merged with a sister company of ours. We had very specific requirements on how the two ledgers were to interact. BMS programmed the accounting system to match our exact needs, with both companies sharing the same stock ledger while maintaining separate debtors ledgers.
