As part of the agreement, one of BMS’s MCSE qualified engineers performs a free on-site review to ensure your Systems, Networks and Procedures are reliable, up-to-date and secure. Once the existing systems have been reviewed and problems resolved, BMS can then provide cover. This cover includes computer hardware, software and other peripherals such as printers.

Should you ever encounter a problem with your IT System, BMS will be there as your single port of call to resolve the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. All BMS Labour costs associated with repairs are provided as part of the maintenance fee.
